Mouth of Mordremoth (Dragon's Stand) September 2024 - Guild Wars 2

Many people complain that skyscale broke the Dragon's Stand meta in Guild Wars 2. Here, I show myself playing this meta without using a Skyscale. I am still able to get around the islands and to the mouth of mordremoth quickly by using the skimmer.

I believe people overestime how important skyscale is. A skimmer is sufficient to move around islands quickly, as is a raptor with bond of faith, or Jackal if you do it just right, or of course the griffon.

Final boss fight starts around: 24:00

Please note, people frequently complain that power creep makes it impossible to kill the champions (as they claim one burn happens every time). My last few kills (over the last year or so), I have not experienced a one-burn. This could also be due to off hours play vs peak hours play or NA vs EU.
