The endoscope camera has three different cable connectors - USB A, USB C, and micro USB, making it compatible with all kinds of PCs, smartphones and tablets. In order for it to work on your Android phone/tablet, your phone or tablet must support USB OTG (On The Go), and external camera through USB. You can use apps like 'USB OTG Checker' to see if your device is compatible.

The borescope camera works with a free app, which you have to download and install from the Google Play Store on your phone or tablet. The app is called 'AN CAMERA'. If this app doesn't work on your device (it happened with one of my phones), you can use another free app, called 'USB Endoscope app Android 10+'. If you want to use the inspection camera on your computer, there is a website link in the instruction manual, which leads to the program you can download and install on you PC.

Once the app is installed on your device, you open it, then just plug the camera into the USB port, give it permissions to use your device, and you are ready to go.

The snake camera has an adjustable LED light, which is very usefull for dark places. It comes with different cable lengths. The one I am reviewing is 5 meters long (16.4 ft). It's IP67 waterproof, which means it's ideal for sewer and drain pipe inspections.

The endoscope camera comes with three very handy accessories:
- a magnet, in case you want to catch something made of metal, like your keys, which you have dropped in the sewer.
- a metal hook, in case you want to catch and drag something out of a tight place.
- a mirror, in case you want to inspect something that is positioned on the side of the endoscope camera.

The borescope camera for Android can take pictures and record videos of the things it captures. The snake camera is very handy for inspection of tight and dark places, like sewer pipes, walls, car engines and parts, etc.
