This car was stored in a wooden shed for 20+ years after it developed some issues with starter. We bought it after it was already pulled from its resting place. Reseller said the car was falling through the wooden floor, he struggled to free up the brakes for 4 hours and he fitted some new/used tires because the old ones were cracked.Volkswagen Golf Mk1 1.6D Diesel starting after 24 years sitting in a wooden shed.
The year 2000 was the last time this Golf was registered and on the road.
Too bad we didn't get to see it being dragged out the shed. That would have been a real barn find video
