Alistair McConnachie explains the onerous legal burden which Britain's membership of the UN Refugee Convention forces us to bear: That is, we are LEGALLY obliged NOT TO SEND ASYLUM SEEKERS BACK to the country in which they claim to be unsafe, WITHOUT AN INVESTIGATION which finds otherwise.

We therefore must either:
1. go through a long and expensive legal process to find their claim "unfounded", or
2. we render their claim "inadmissible" and find a "safe third country" to send them to instead (which is all but impossible)!

This farce cannot continue! The solution is simply to leave the UN Refugee Convention!
