RESTRICTED & PROHIBITED WORDS IN CAC REGISTRATION | WORDS TO AVOID IN CAC REGISTRATION 2023

In the registration of businesses and non business entities by the Corporate Affairs Commission, of importance is the name used especially words in the chosen name.

Certain names are prohibited and hence will not be approved by CAC when it is applied for registration.
Certain names or words are said to also be restricted and hence require the consent of the commission by application for reservation code.
