MS of Austrian dignitaries on podium watching the parade, possibly including Prince Stagremberg and Dr. Kurt von Schuschnigg (Chancellor of Austria) and Franz Von Papen in full German Army uniform (German politician). Flags and bugles are presented. One of the dignitaries makes a speech.
