Which Masters of Sex star did New Girl enlist to play an important role?

Caitlin FitzGerald, AKA Libby on Masters of Sex, will make a guest appearance on the last two May installments of Fox’s New Girl. FitzGerald will be playing an old medical-school friend of Jess’ sort of boyfriend, Sam. According to executive producer Brett Baer, Fitzgerald plays “an important role that will tee up the rest of the season.”

Fox’s comedy will wrap up their 5th season on May 10th, and has recently been renewed for a 6th Season.
