Hi Friends,

Thank you for tuning in to my "meal plan with me!" I am planning a full month's worth of meals around what is in the freezer and pantry and trying to spend as little as possible at the grocery store. My son and daughter are both back at college, so I'm excited to see how I can make this work when planning meals for just myself and my husband. I'd love to see if I can keep the monthly budget to $200! I despise wasting food. I aim for zero food waste, so my planning takes into account using fresh produce before it goes bad.
