Suzuki DR200 front brake caliper rebuild - Ft. Tool Girl Holley

The next episode in the repair work on Tool Girl Holley's Suzuki DR200 Farm bike - in this video we tackle the front caliper rebuild. New seals & piston fitted, also includes detailed inspection & cleanup of the components. The DR has a floating front caliper design which is very common to smaller size motorcycles & many cars too so the procedure will apply to many different vehicles. Holley does a great job as always & I'm sure you'll find this video both interesting & helpful if you have a brake caliper to overhaul or you just want to know how they work!
