118 Kms Abu Dhabi to Dubai by an Indian - Solo Barefoot Run

My name is Aakash Nambiar, know as 'Barefootmallu' on Instagram. This Documentary is about the 118 Kms self supported run in a single stage done by me.
The main motive of this run was to spread awareness on the importance of health. We all can spend at least 10-20 mins on fitness as everyone have 24 hours in a day. If someone like me with 10 hrs job can do it, anybody can achieve it with training and determination. The simple life lesson of "Not giving up" when the journey is too long, survival of the fittest. This run , 118km in 27 hours happened on 25th January 2020 to celebrate Indian republic day and to create awareness on the "Importance of Health. It was flagged off by my mentor Milind Soman.

Life has come to a standstill due to a deadly virus.
But do you know there is another silent killer deadlier than this virus, a bad lifestyle.
Life is how we make it. We are the decision makers, it's our body, our mind and our health. Make right choices in life, so that when you look back , you don't regret . If each of us take ownership of our health, no pandemic, no epidemic can stop us.
