This egg fried chops recipe is very tasty. It can be enjoy as a appetizer with French fries and ketchup. It can also be serve with pulao. Chops are everyone’s favorite. It’s meat is soft and tender and when it is fried and dip in egg it make it really tasty. It’s enjoyed in India and Pakistan and it’s something you can eat in Ramadan as part of your Iftar.

600 gms - Mutton Chops (Chaamp)
2 tablespoons - Ginger Garlic paste
3 tablespoons - Coriander leave paste
Green Chili paste - as per your taste
1/2 : teaspoon Garam Masala
Salt as per your taste
2 cups - water

Put everything in a saucepan and boil it. Once the chops are cooked open the lid and cook till all the water evaporates.

Let it cool down completely.

For Frying

2 Eggs
Oil for frying

Beat the eggs till frothy. Dip the chops into the egg mixture and fry till light golden brown
