The best thing to do for your animals is to move them to fresh grass every day. However, if that is not an option, keeping a layer of wood chips on the ground in their pen is the next best thing. Wood chips help keep smells to a minimum, are easy to clean, last a long time, & allow the ducks to scratch for bugs.
