Passion Fruit Pop-Tart (Nostalgia Vibes)

I stay making pop-tarts but can you believe I suck at baking. Yes, I can make some basic breads and pastries but I dont feel I am at the level I want to be. Baking requires more patience, and you have to be precise with your measurements to guarantee good results. With that said I am going to be stepping up my game when it comes to mastering how to baking. For now I feel real good about these pop-tarts I make. For this passion fruit pop tart, I got the orange colors using passion fruit ice cubes and beta-carotene, and I used butterfly pea flower and lime to create the purple color on the icing. I added chia seeds to give the passion fruit the real look. I used maple to sweeten the filling, and it was just perfect!
