Summer has started and raw mangoes are available in market. I can't wait to make all my favorite dishes. This one is a quick and yummy accompaniment will make your every day meal tasty. It can be stored in fridge for a week.
This is a version of chutney or quick pickle of sorts. Enjoy it with roti for a simple meal or make a sandwich for lunch box. Enjoy seasonal recipes.

Ingredients
Raw mango 2 - grated
Small onion 2 - grated
Roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Jaggery - 2 tbsp, chopped
Salt to taste
