Garfield High School won it's first Los Angeles City Section Varsity Championship in January 2015. This is their first basketball championship in the long 90 year history of the school. Blind Horse Productions sat down with head coach Jessica Torres to discuss how they were able to achieve their ultimate goal.

Coach Torres played for Garfield High School as a student in the 1990's. Back at her alma mater as the varsity girls head coach, she only had one goal on her mind. To lead the next generation of Garfield girls to their first ever championship.
