Restaurant Style Mango Custard Pudding Cups | Easy and Quick Dessert Recipe

Ingredients**
2 tbsp Vanilla custard powder
4 tbsp Cold milk
250 ml milk
2 tbsp sugar
1 Ripe Mango (Sweet in taste)
7-8 Digestive Biscuits or any biscuits of your choice
A few chopped mango slices for garnish

Procedure:
•Mix 2 tbsp Vanilla custard powder to 4 tbsp chilled milk and make a slurry.
•Boil 250 ml milk. Add 2 tbsp sugar and prepared custard slurry. Cook on medium flame until thickens. Do not overcook as it will become lumpy.
•Transfer to a bowl. Allow to cool down by stirring the custard mixture.
•Take 1 mango. Wash and peel the skin. Chop the mango and transfer it to a jar. Add some sugar along with mango pieces, if the mango is not much sweet. Make a fine puree out of it.
•Crush 7-8 biscuits in a mixed grinder and form a powder .
•Assemble the pudding as shown.
•Garnish with some mango pieces.
•Keep it in the refrigerator for atleast 1-2 hours. Serve it chilled.
