NOTE ABOUT THE SAUCE: If you are not being super strict about your macros, feel free to mix the sauce in with the zoodles after you have drained them so that it is more like "spaghetti with sauce". However, when you reheat these, you can also just mix it all together at that point. Up to your discretion.

HOW TO STORE

1. Meals can last in fridge 3-4 days. Put the ones you won't eat within that time in the freezer.
2. If frozen, take out the night before you plan to eat it and place in fridge.

2. Reheat in a saute pan until food is hot.
3. Eat it cold :)

INGREDIENTS:

For 7 Servings:

4 cloves garlic
1100g (about 3 large) chicken breast
200g (7 oz) fresh mozzarella cheese
2 cups marinara sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1200g (about 6) zucchini

If you want to make more or less than 7, here's what you need for 1 serving. Multiply as needed:

1 clove garlic
1/4 cup sauce
150g chicken
1 oz (28g) fresh mozzarella cheese
1/2 tbls olive oil
175g zucchini
