In this episode we head to Italy's majestic Tuscan countryside, straight into the heart of the Renaissance: Firenze.

We begin at Roma Termini, take the Frecciarossa bullet train straight to Florence, grab some good eats at Mercato Centrale, indulge in stunning renaissance art at the Uffizi Gallery, marvel at the Ponte Vecchio, check out the architecture of the Cathedral of St. Mary of the Flower, and wind things down with some night photography.

This was jampacked day trip full of unbelievably beautiful views, culture, art, and food. I had the best truffle carbonara of my life, and some of the best gelato we've had yet in Italy. To top it all off, it just happened to be Halloween night and we got swept up in some of the trick-or-treat fun.
