What is a thermal insulation foam? PE FOAM INSULATION

PE FOAM INSULATION is made from polyethylene foam. An excellent material used as thermal insulation: roofs insulation, wall insulation, floor insulation, and air duct insulation. It's the most popular roof insulation product.
Foil Laminated - Can be laminated with MPET reflective film or aluminum foil as an outer skin for increased durability and to reflect heat.
Adhesive Backed - Available with pressure sensitive adhesive for easy installation to air ducts and metal sheets.
Flexibility - It is light weight and flexible making it to install on roofs and walls.
Durability - Closed cell feature makes water and moisture resistant. Resistant to most chemicals and acids. It is none fibrous and none dusting.

Foam insulation is typically a low-density elastomer or polymer in the form of a thermal insulating foam that provides a thermal barrier around a component or between an interior space and a heat or cold source. It contains better insulating qualities (higher thermal resistance to heat flow known as R-value) than traditional fiberglass insulation due to its ability to block conductive, radiant and convective heat transfer. Many types also seal air leaks, provide sound reduction and protect against moisture.
