Ally strongly believes art is a fundamental part of every person's life. Her talk will discuss the boundaries needed to create a safe space for artistic expression. Alexandria (Ally) Ford is a junior at Manchester High School. She is a part of Manchester's spoken word poetry team, Paper Voices. On that team, she has presented at the Schools and Communities Working Together Intervening and Preventing Violence conference at the University of Connecticut. She helps run the community open mics at the community center, from co-hosting to working as a DJ. She strongly believes art is a fundamental part of every person's life. Her talk will discuss the boundaries needed to create a safe space for artistic expression.
