Here's some chunks for today. I had high expectations from that gigantic Jumbo chunk but it didn't dry well 😭😭
The yellow ones are fresh paste and dye added to paste. Loved how some of them were so crunchy yet crushable.

I've used a square hole sieve to do the sifting. This is my favourite sifting tool as it is easier to collect pebbles and plus it has these edges at the sides which doesn't let the pebbles fall off. The proper sieve tool takes forever 😅 and the dehydrator mesh has pebbles falling off. So this square sieve is the best for me. However I'm aware some of you lovelies like proper Full sifting so will be using the other one too.
