Here it is. At long last. Pebsie's 2021 Killer Tier List, valid for patch 4.5.0 onwards. This video took an absolute immense amount of work, and even at the last hurdle Vegas Pro threw a thousand things my way to make life difficult. I actually had to split the video into 5 minute sections then stitch and re-render in order to get this thing up. It was insanely painful.


BUT HERE WE ARE. AT LONG LAST. Finally. You probably aren't going to agree with me here at all but that's kind of natural innit?
