The Deathwalker is a very interesting class and the melee build reminded me of the mindthief a lot. However unlike the Mindthief, the range build is very viable, if not strong. I do love the safe feel of the range build, sending shadows that can't be targeted to do your bidding instead of getting up close. But the melee build was very fun! ... although it backfired a couple times lol!
