Brushless ESC repair / 0201NY Mosfet / Fırçasız ESC tamiri nasıl yapılır / Mosfet değişimi

A standard 30A brushless ESC burned out due to overload. So I researched how to fix it. I detected that the 0201NY coded mosfet on it was burned. I used smd mosfet with code 50N06 instead. After soldering the ESC worked just fine. If a similar situation happens to you, you can solve it with this method. I did the same experiment with brush ESC and it was successful.

30A standart bir fırçasız ESC aşırı yük nedeniyle yandı. Ben de nasıl tamir edebilirim diye araştırdım. Üzerindeki 0201NY kodlu mosfetin yandığını tespit ettim. Yerine 50N06 kodlu smd mosfeti kullandım. Lehimleme işlemlerinden sonra ESC gayet güzel çalıştı. Sizin de başınıza benzer bir durum gelirse sizler de bu yöntemle çözebilirsiniz. Aynı denemeyi fırçalı ESC için de yaptım ve başarılı oldu.
