with Raela Marie of Emerald Coast Pixies

Our crew of brave souls included Valerie’s House Pensacola staff & caregivers, Innisfree Hotels warehouse team, and fabulous volunteers.

Raela sprinkled her magic, guiding us through the chilly wonders of cold plunging, complete with breathwork and sparkly unicorn body moves. 🦄💨💃

She enchanted the plunge with armfuls of fresh flowers, garden herbs, rhythm makers, music, and swirling sage smoke. For extra sparkle, she even offered glitter, passion flower crowns and fun headwear for anyone wanting to dive in with a little extra pizazz. 🌸🎶✨

🌊❄️ Big love to Raela for the countless hours she’s poured into mastering cold plunge magic and for making our morning unforgettable. After this dip, she’s officially guided 435 humans into the ice! 🥶💙 (I think have that number right?!)
