The Water Board consists of five (5) members appointed to serve five (5) year terms. A member of the City Council serves in an ex-officio capacity to coordinate Water Board action with City Council actions.

The purpose of the Water Board is to advise the City Council in its raw water matters relating to the provision of a stable, sufficient, and suitable supply of water for the community and its residents.
