Hello and welcome to Old Ways Gardening and Prepping.🍀 Would like to welcome you to my kitchen this evening. It has been 8 weeks so now it is time to strain the tincture.

Pearly Everlasting (Anaphalis margaritacea) is a very important medicinal wildflower and is a medicinal that everyone should have in their medicine cabinet. Many Native American tribes across this land used it for its medicinal benefits from teas to smoking blends.

The Pearly Everlasting is a antibacterial, antihistamine, anti-inflammatory as well as antiviral. Works to stop seasonal allergies, colds, flu, sinuses, chest congestion, sore throat, runny nose, itchy watery eyes, coughs, diarrhea, gastrointestinal ailments and so many more ailments. It is mostly made in to tea and or tincture. However with that being said I also make it in to salve as well. Take time to do research and make sure this is the right medicinal for what ails you.

Dosage Amount:

5 drops 2x per day when well
5 drops 3x per day when ill
