2024 GAC GS3 Emzoom review in Malaysia - Real Substance Behind All The 'R Style'

Another day, another B-segment SUV has entered the fray, and again this new addition hails from China. Much like the Proton X50 of Geely origin, or the Chery Omoda 5, GAC is aiming for a lucrative slice of the vehicle market - SUVs are popular and this B or sub-C segment size is kind of the sweet spot.

But what can the GS3 Emzoom do to set itself apart from the crowd? Well, there doesn't seem to be much apart from all that loud styling, but scratch beneath the surface and you might find a surprisingly solid product that defies expectation. But can it sway entrenched buyers in this highly competitive space?
