Carbon Miata Spyder Grille Installation ND MX-5

In today's video, I show you guys how to install the Carbon Miata Spyder Grille on an ND MX-5 Miata. This process should be the same for all model years 2016-present.

Remember to use painter's tape to protect the fenders and headlights from scratches! Be careful with the plastic tabs on the reverse side of the bumper, these can be tricky to release from the grille but are not easily fixable if broken! Make sure to push/pull the new grille into the bumper completely. The fitment may not be perfect, but it should be able to be popped into all of the tabs securely.

Lastly, and I did not realize this was a thing and therefore did not include it in the video, but Carbon Miata does say to modify the bumper support to retrofit it behind the bumper after installing the new grille. Unfortunately, I do not have video footage of this step, so refer to other videos for this or try your best to figure out how to cut that bumper support. Thankfully, I did not do this step and have had this bumper on my car for quite some time now and have not had any issues, so it does not seem to be a big deal.
