Alfonsina is an artist, writer, speaker, teacher and life coach. She has always been highly creative. Although her parents and family were not artists, they lived a life of passion and loved what they did, and they encouraged her to follow her heart and her passions, which were clearly in artisitc expression of many types.

Alfonsina investigated and discovered that being a creative person is really about being an authentic person, and being extremely connected to your Self. She became a coach to bring all the expertise she had to help clients find themselves, to connect with their intuition and creativity. She noticed that when people disconnect from themselves they lose that sense of wonder and joy. She helps clients rediscover that, and helps them to tune in to their purpose and listen to their true Self.
