Noodles with perfectly balanced flavors! It's savory, sweet, garlicky with chunks of meaty tapa - this will easily become your new favorite noodle recipe!

INGREDIENTS:
3 packets instant noodles, cooked according to packet instructions (reserve about 1/2 cup of cooking water)
3 tbsp vegan butter
1/2 cup green onion, chopped (separate the whites from the greens)
1/2 cup garlic, minced
1 cup vegan tapa, chopped
1 tsp soy sauce (for sauteeing the tapa)
1 tsp sesame oil
salt and pepper to taste
chili powder (optional)
crispy garlic bits (optional)

For the sauce:
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp vegan oyster sauce
3 tbsp light soy sauce
3 tsp liquid seasoning

*Yield: 4 servings

Procedure:
1 Combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside for later.

2 Cook the vegan tapa: Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Once the butter is melted and bubbly, add 2 tbsp of garlic and sautee for about 30 seconds. Set heat to medium high and add the vegan tapa. Let cook with the garlic and butter about 2 minutes. Set aside.

3 In the same pan, heat sesame oil and remaining butter. Once the butter has melted, add 2 tbsp of the white part of the spring onion and let cook for 1 minute. Add garlic and season with salt and pepper.

4 Add the noodles, sauce from earlier, 2 tbsp chopped spring onions and a bit of noodle cooking water. Toss well to coat the noodles.

5 Serve in individual bowls. Top with chopped green onions, vegan tapa, chili powder (if using) and crispy garlic bits (if using).
