The Lithium Boom Revives One Of These Nevada Ghost Towns

Silver Peak was established in 1864, this was two years after silver was discovered nearby.

This town has a population of 115 (as of 2018). The nearest grocery store is about an hour drive to Tonopah, Nevada. Silver Peak (or SilverPeak) is small and rural but the town does have a working post office. The town itself has less than one square mile to claim.
