Course Summary
Full-arch implant surgery and restoration involve careful treatment planning to maximize predictability and minimize complications. We have successfully utilized guided surgery to achieve this in a head and neck cancer survivor with risk of osteoradionecrosis. This case presentation will discuss considerations behind successful full-mouth reconstruction even in medically-complex patients.

Learning Objectives
1 .Determine treatment planning considerations between FP1/FP2/FP3, as well as guided vs. free-hand
2. Identify what protocols are important vis-a-vis immediate placement and immediate load
3. Identify what considerations are important in performing dental implants in cancer survivors after radiotherapy
