With my plane in the shop, I was feeling sorry for myself, until a flying buddy called me to go flying with him in his Turbo Commander 690B. I had no experience with the plane, which made for a lot of anticipation and excitement. The ride did not disappoint. I've officially added it to the list of planes I'd love to fly (like most pilots, it's a pretty extensive list).
