The current generation of the Nissan Maxima is set to end this spring, with rumors suggesting that production may have already ceased. We won't be seeing the Maxima on the market for the 2024 model year, as it is being discontinued as part of Nissan's ongoing efforts to focus on producing more fuel-efficient vehicles. However, there are whispers that the Maxima may return as a new electric sedan for the 2025 model year.
