Toyota GT86 Time Attack! | Akina Downhill

Описание к видео Toyota GT86 Time Attack! | Akina Downhill

When I decided to relearn my heel and toe technique after realizing that my brake pressure seems to "drop" upon the initial application of the downshifting technique I began to ponder what could be going wrong? I have 2 answers...firstly my brake booster setting on my fanatec setup was way to low... it only was set at a 13% assist for the brake force (I thought this was more realistic in a sense) but after tinkering with it and pumping to a final pressure of 45% and adjusting my CS V3 pedals to a throw of "3.5" as indicated on the dial on the back of the pedals and as well investing in water shoes... (yes water shoes for sim racing! I usually race barefoot) I found the technique much easier to accomplish while maintaining constant brake pressure.

Car setup
Tires: Semi slicks (kunos)
Tire Pressures with TL1 weather settings: 26 front , 28 rear (at the end of a run I want to achieve 33psi all around)
Camber: max negative front, max negative rear
toe: did not touch toe at front, toe for rear max positive
brake power: 100%
