Meditation 10. Guiding Your Sphere of Light through the Temple of Your Physical form

#initiatesoflight In this guided meditation you will raise the Earth light and create your sphere of Light within your mind. In this practice you will guide your Sphere from your mind down into the chamber of your voice to empower your voice with energy and light. Then down into the chamber of your heart, down into your belly and pelvis empowering your sacred centers with energy and light.

You will seed your sphere down into the Earth which you sit upon. You will then feel and envision light and energy rising all around you filling and empowering the place where you sit with life force energy and light.
