I've been living a slomadic life since I was 18.

As soon as I was legally able to, I jumped on a plane and tried to live on my own in Japan.

𝙃𝙚𝙧𝙚'𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙄 𝙬𝙞𝙨𝙝 𝙄 𝙠𝙣𝙚𝙬 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙣:

1. It's really not all rainbows and sunshine.

2. Any job, any life is extraordinarily ordinary (lol).

3. There's not escaping the drawl of life.

4. Every lifestyle, no matter how glamorous it seems, has many drawbacks as well as sweet, sweet pleasure.

5. The things you feel anxious and depressed over will not go away in a new environment

I get TIRED and FED UP with being by myself and doing everything by myself.

BUT....

There are so many parts of this lifestyle that I'm not willing to trade for anything else!!!! In the end, it's still worth it for me

Experiencing the world
Seeing amazing nature
Meeting people I'd never know about
Being able to view myself and my world objectively from a fresh perspective
Seeing how others live
Eating AMAZING FOOD.
The thrill of starting fresh
The thrill of being able to change
Letting opportunities I've never even imagined find me

This lifestyle is nOT for everyone, and I think breaks are great too! It's so important to share that this isn't the 'golden lifestyle' but also an attainable, free spirited one.
