South Waterfront has gotten an extreme facelift since I lived here. To the point where it actually looks like a nice place to live. Restaurants are on the ground floor of most apartment complexes. The tram to OHSU and the walkway between west and east Portland is really cool. I'd like to spend more time here if I can.
