Update: Prior to releasing this video, I shared some of my findings with RitFit. After our conversation, the customer service team informed me their product testing department will be making some changes to the design of this machine. Further, RitFit offered to send me replacement pieces after the design department manufactures a solution to the issues I found in my review. RitFit also said they will replace any parts or pieces if any customer encounters the issues I did.
