Social anxiety is so real post-TSW.

During TSW, I came across a video of a girl who had healed from TSW talking about her social anxiety post-TSW. At the time I remember thinking
"What is she on about? I'd be over the moon by the fact that I had healed and will have no problems going out to socialise!"
... now I completely understand what she was talking about.
It's different to being an introvert, which I've always have been.
You *fear of talking to people.
I would skip meals because I didn't want to risk bumping into my housemates.
I lost a lot of weight starving myself.

I'm still dealing with it but it is getting better each day.
