As-salam-o-alaikum..!!

Today we will make Boiled Potato Sabzi.

Let's start making such a easy and tasty recipe.

Ingredients for Boiled Potato Sabzi:
500 Gram Boiled Potato / 500 ग्राम उबले आलू
1 Teaspoon Salt / 1 छोटा चम्मच नमक
1/2 Teaspoon Black Salt / 1/2 छोटा चम्मच काला नमक
1 Teaspoon Red Chilli / 1 छोटा चम्मच लाल मिर्च
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper / 1/2 छोटा चम्मच काली मिर्च
1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric / 1/4 छोटा चम्मच हल्दी
1/2 Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder / 1/2 छोटा चम्मच भुना जीरा पाउडर
1/4 Teaspoon Dry Mango Powder / 1/4 छोटा चम्मच सूखा आम पाउडर
3-4 Green Chilli / 3-4 हरी मिर्च
1/4 Cup Cilantro Finely Chopped / 1/4 कप धनिया बारीक कटा हुआ
1/2 Teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds / 1/2 छोटा चम्मच मेथी दाना
3 Tablespoon Refined Oil / 3 बड़ा चम्मच तेल

Preparation:

Take Boiled potato in a big bowl and add salt, black salt, red chilli, black pepper, turmeric, roasted cumin powder, dry mango powder and mix gently. Now take a pan add refined oil after its get hot add Fenugreek Seeds when its done add all mixed potato into it and mix it well gently. and let it cook for another 4-5 mins, now add green chilli and finely chopped cilantro and mix it. Now sabzi is ready to plate.

एक बड़े कटोरे में उबले आलू लें और उसमें नमक, काला नमक, लाल मिर्च, काली मिर्च, हल्दी, भुना जीरा पाउडर, अमचूर पाउडर डालकर हल्के हाथों मिला लें। अब एक पैन लें, उसमें तेल डालें, गर्म होने के बाद मेथी के बीज डालें, जब ये हो जाए तो इसमें सभी मिश्रित आलू डालें और धीरे-धीरे अच्छी तरह मिलाएँ। और इसे 4-5 मिनट तक पकने दें, अब इसमें हरी मिर्च और बारीक कटा हरा धनिया डालकर मिलाएं। अब सब्जी प्लेट में खाने के लिए तैयार है.
