1.3 Changes/features:
Gary's special grab can now be reversed by npcs
Edgar now uses his evade on unarmed attacks
Norton has a chance to stomp on enemies instead of grabbing them on the ground
Revamped how the ai performs ground attacks, making them perform them more consistently
Revamped how npcs reacted to grapples where the player needs to spam the reversal button to escape(Now is calculated by Grap1Reversal and Grap2Reversal instead of by size and fight class)
Adults now have a new grapple that is used when fighting anyone that isn't an civilian or a shopkeeper
Added unused difficulties of authority grabs(Only having a full red bar will insta-bust you, anything less then 300 will only play the hard version of the authority grabs
