嗨嗨~~ 今天來跟大家介紹我來美國後很常用的煮飯方法,那就是烤!箱!
自己生活後,為了省錢都自己煮 (Vlog #1 有提到),但是當很懶的時候怎麼辦呢? 這時候就會使用烤箱。 烤箱真的很方便,把東西放進去,時間設定好,就可以去做自己的事,然後等時間到了,再去把食物取出。
所以這次來跟大家分享烤豬肉,這次準備了兩種豬肉,一種是先醃過的,一種是沒醃過但加美國BBQ醬。大家在烤普通豬肉的時候要記得淋上橄欖油或是沙拉油,影片中我忘記淋了...所以有點乾..呵呵 但有淋的真的很好吃! 有醃過的也是很好吃喔~
Hi! I want to share a cooking way that I often use after I came to the US. In Taiwan, most of the households don't have an oven in house. After I came here, I found out that using oven to cook is a easy and convenient way! I just need to put food inside, set up timer, and grab it when time is up. I love it!
This time I'm share oven-roasted pork. I grilled 2 types of pork. One is marinated, and the other one is just normal but will grill with American BBQ sauce. P.S remember to put olive oil on the normal pork, then put it into the oven. I forgot to add oil on the pork in the video, so the normal one was kind of dry. But if you remember to add oil, the pork is so good! As well as the marinated one!
