In continuous operation since 1958, the Silver Moon Drive-in is open throughout the year with 2 screens showing double features. Originally opened as a single screen drive-in theater, a second screen was added in 1985. And sometimes they will re-screen the first movie for a total of three movies if you want to stay up late. The Silver Moon Drive-in uses FM radio to broadcast movie audio, but they still have some of the old time speaker poles in some rows if you want to experience some nostalgia. If planning to attend on the weekends, get there early it will fill up and you will be turned away. This drive-in is a bargain for the lost admission of $6 for two first run movies. As with many Florida drive-ins, the Silver Moon also operates a swap shop on site on Saturdays and Sundays starting early in the morning.
