This was the last of the regularly scheduled 5 mile walks for at least a year and it brings us into Mayhill, New Mexico! 😀

No escort this morning so I spent my time one the other side of the road facing traffic. Everyone was courteous and moved over and I had no issues. 👍

I got honks and/or waves from just about every single vehicle passing that was facing me and also from a large number of vehicles passing going in the same direction! 👋😃

Talked to about 50 long horn steers and 1 dog, but the blank stares from the steers and the just crazy barking from the dog didn't count as them [really] talking back!?!? 🙄

I will stay within the town limits of Mayhill for 4 more walks then blow through Cludcroft all in 1 walk and back down the mountain to the desert below! 😖
