The Ramming of Duck 34 - Philadelphia

Philadelphia - July 7th, 2010. The tour aboard "DUKW 34" of Ride the Ducks , was rammed and driven under by a Barge/Tugboat on the Delaware River. Actions aboard the Tugboat "Caribbean Sea" pushing the barge "The Resource" & to an extent aboard Duck 34 could have prevented this tragedy.
