Milling Nice Oak For An Old Friend -Frontier OS27

Today's video highlights the ease at which a 'newbie' can operate an entry level bandsaw mill and consistently produce awesome products from just about any local hard or softwoods in your area. I am not the most 'experienced' guy out here using a band mill, but nonetheless I take on a project from an old school friend that lives about a mile away. That project is to haul and saw three 8 1/2' oaks from his property for either shelving or future wood working projects. The diameters of all three are right at and/or beyond the capacity of the OS27 Frontier mill. But after today, two of the three are stacked and stickered in his own garage. Success !!
