In case you don't know, Bakumatsu Rock is an epicness, it's a video game, manga and anime series where the characters' clothes explode when they perform.

8:31= Bakumatsu means the end of the Edo period​, literally "end of the curtain", are the final years of the Edo period when the Tokugawa shogunate came to an end.

8:34= before the long explanation let's see 2 examples of atejis: they write 'Ultra Soul' with the kanji 超魂 but is pronounced ウルトラソウル (Urutorasouru), same with 'Paradise', the kanji is 楽園 but the pronunciation is パラダイス (Paradaisu).
