Our First Workaway! Working for accommodation in Karangahake Gorge

We did our first ever workaway! Workaways, or Woofing, is where you work a couple of hours in exchange for free accomodation and food! We're in the Karangahake Gorge, so after we finished work we had the rest of the day to explore and swim. We headed to Dickey's Flat Waterfalls to do a wild swim, went up Karangahake Mountain, and celebrated New Years in a hot tub!
